S’mores Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 15-20 marshmallows
- Graham crackers
You’ll also need:
- Oven safe baking dish or cast iron skillet
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the butter in the baking dish or iron skillet, and slide into the oven while it’s preheating. .
- Once the butter is completely melted, remove the dish from the oven. Swirl the butter around so the bottom of the dish is fully coated.
- Add the chocolate chips to the dish. Spread or pat out for even distribution. Cover evenly with the marshmallows.
- Place the dish back in the oven. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are lightly toasted. If you want a real campfire feel, switch the oven to broiler mode and let the marshmallows get extra toasty.
- Spoon the warm s’mores dip onto plates and serve with graham crackers. Just eat it chips-and-dip style!
